Once you install Drop Box, it will appear in the system tray. Press insert+f11 to access the system tray. Press enter on Drop Box and open drop box You can create folders in which you can save files on the web. If you want to share a file with someone, just copy the file and paste it in the "public" folder. If the uploading is over, you will get the message "All files up to date" in the system tray. Then right click on the file, go to drop box option sub menu, and press enter on "copy public link". You can just paste the link where you want.
