Hello Vinod, Oracle is very much accessible with Jaws. If you talking about banking's reports then it's depend on what type of work do you have however, there is an oracle's command-line tool called SQL+, is quite accessible though you have to use Jaws curser for seeing result.
E.G. If you fired a query like, select name, subject,marks from student where roleNumber=50 Oracle will show you result as, Name subject marks ----------- Vinod English 70 1 rows selected Oracle has a web based GUI as well but I never used it. You can search on google about the same.
