Thanx very much for the reply friends. I will try to westlawindia and legalpandit. I have subscribtion of manupatra, indlaw and SCC online through our university. @ Umesha, yes I do agree that high court and supreme courts have their data bases but we can find the judgement if we know certain information about a particular case, say for e.g. party name, case number or advocate name. These data bases are helpless if we don’t have these informations handy. Say for e.g. I have to search a judgement in which the issue of bifurcation of reserved seats have been delt by supreme court in educational institutions, in this situation these data bases are helpless. @ Kanchan, indiankanoo doesn’t provide full judgement, and some time I have seen that there was mixing of two cases in one judgement.
Therefore I am looking to a data base which could guide me to find a judgement even if I don’t know the certain particulars of the case, i.e. I know only the subject and section/article on which the judgement is based.
