A firm no, as for now. Solutions like bionic eye etc. are far from perfect and available/affordable. Try to live with residual sight using for purposes like mobility instead of reading/writing print, or it it is deteriorating fast, prepare well in advance for total blindness. That is the long and short of matter me thinks, though I think you would be bombarded with advice, medical and technical alike.
