As we grow in strength, we also need to keep in mind the issue of Diversity and Inclusiveness (D&I). In particular, we need to ensure that our population is representative of both genders, especially at senior management levels. In keeping with our D&I objectives, GSS India will be focusing on sourcing and hiring women for senior positions (Managers and above). Additionally, we are looking to hire more differently-abled people. This is a step towards a more representative and inclusive culture. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Team has been briefed to actively focus on this objective. They have also been in touch with organizations that specialize in honing the skills of the differently-abled. Therefore, this campus season, we will further drive our inclusiveness agenda by providing more opportunities to this section of the talent pool. The TA Team will need you, as business leaders, to be open, flexible and participative in this process and help us drive the D&I agenda at GSS India.
