you should contact to your state board which conducts such exams. if they
don't allow VH, one should fight for it. you can also join the crises
intervention unit of all india confederation of the blind. they will teach
you braille, typing and mobility as well. i am not sure, whether the course

i had enquired in the nearest type institution, but they told me that the
technical board wont give scribe as well as they do not allow the VI to
appear the exam. as i do not know braille. i belong to A.P. state. Please

you should join english typing course to the nearest any typing institute or
center from your home. each state has a separate board to conduct typing
skill test. this usually be conducted twice or thrice in a year. the
institue or center, where you will get training, help you in this matter.
