Dear Friends, Today I came across an inhuman incidence. A 17 year old girl with hearing & mental disability was escorted by 2 men & 3 women in a auto to a charitable hospital named liprocy mission in Muzaffarpur. She is unable to tell her name, address or any identity. Her escorts left her there alone & went away. When hospital management noticed it they informed the police, district administration & media but all in vain. No one is coming forward to take her responsibility. We don't know where she should go. Can anyone suggest any thing in this matter.
