Hello, Approach the HC and try to get stay order on the recruitment. Meanwhile, you can approach the CCPD and collect relevant notifications and judgments pertaining to the eligibility of full blind for the particular post. Another thing you can do to ask KPSC for clarifying the actual eligibility criteria in the case of VI candidate through RTI application.
