Friends after the stand of the Uttar Pradesh government that they are denying blind persons in appearing in PCS judiciary exam, we are going to the high court to file the writ petition in this regard. But the view of government is that a visually challanged person can not act as a judge. How much do you agree with this stand, can any body tell me is there any such judge in India so far?
