Respected Teachers and our visually impaired persons,
We have been intentionally disgraced by the authorities of our own
department that is our differently abled department by modifying the
G.O. from the differently abled #24 dated 13 March 2012, the G.O
contains the following lines
(The blind students couldn't get benefit from the educational tour. The
allocated fund for them Rs. 1,22,000 is transferred to the Deaf and other
differently abled schools. though our present government is always
willing to uplift the differently abled persons at any cost. But the
authorities of our department are purposely trying to spoil the
reputation of the government among the visually impaired persons. The
modified G.O. raises so many questions in our mind?
1. What is the basic aim of our differently abled department either
rehabilitation or crucification the welfare of the blind.
2. If the blind student has no potential to visit even around 100 K, Ms.
then what is the necessity to give education of the blind?
3. Is there not a single person in our department capable to understand and
reflect the intuitions of the visually impaired persons?
If you are really interested in the welfare of the blind then
forward it to all.

dear sir, a lot of blind persons are in the teaching profession but all the
incharges about matters regarding handicapped are sighted persons and take
decisions while they don't have any practical experience about us.atleast one
person of us should be engaged by each office at the head and zonal level.
