Dual core cpu is good for win7+ Jaws or WIN7+ NVDA. May be you update to 4 Gb for extra Rs1500. Price you quoted is with licensed Win7 Home Basic?? I would say avoid Netbooks with Atom CPU as it is having lesser processing power but costing only Rs 15500- 175000/- Other option is Toshiba Laptop with decent Config of i5 2nd gen,2gb, 500gb, 14` LED screen with Linux for Rs 27000/- Check Flipkat Site for better price instead of local shop for better price.
