Varification code is required only to create an acount. If your friend has already created the acount there is no need to have the number to log in. But for the acount recovery function you need the number if you have set the number in the recovery setting. If so, reset the acountt recovery setting. Hello friends One of my friends had registered his mobile number with Gmail as verification.
