A few months back, you told that a visually impaired person can hire a car
to go anywhere in India for claiming LTC from Central or state Government.
Can you explain it more in detail? Or can you provide any circular to prove
it so that benefits can be claimed from the state government. A prompt reply
in this regards will be appreciated.

Varification code is required only to create an acount. If your friend has
already created the acount there is no need to have the number to log in.
But for the acount recovery function you need the number if you have set the
number in the recovery setting. If so, reset the acountt recovery setting.

I recommend AVG antivirus. It is not much accessible with the PC
curser, but you can use it with the help of JAWS curser. I am using
this product from last two years and have no complain in it. It is
available free for personal use and you can purchase it for commercial
