Hello Uma, I think IE is crashing when you are trying to download any files. Try removing the temporary internet files on your computer, follow the instructions below:
Close all Internet browsers. 1. Open the run dialog box from the start menu. 2. Type %temp% in the edit box of the run dialog box. 3. Once the temp folder opens, select all files in it. 4. Hit the key combination Shift+Delete to delete all files permanently. 5. If you get a prompt saying are you sure you want to delete multiple files or the file is a read only file, hit the yes to all button on the dialog box. Then restart your computer and try opening your mail account and downloading the same files. If this does not help, get back to me on when this problem started. Did you make any changes in JAWS or browser settings?
