Hello press insert plus f11 to go to system tray. By pressing down arrow move down to speakers and hit enter. Jaws will say open volume mixer. Again press enter to open. And then go on tabbing till you here volume for system sounds. Increase to 100 persontage. Hope may be useful. Umar luhar. Possible that your sound scheme is changed or modified. Open Control Panel and then open Sounds and Audio Devices (or something similar) from the list. In the resulting dialog press CTRL+TAB as many times required to reach out to the Sounds page of the dialog box. Check the value in Schemes combo box. Changing a selection here leads to change in sounds for all Windows events. You can also change the sound for a specific event by selecting the event in the treeview on this page of the dialog box. When you select an event in the treeview, the current sound for this event is shown in the combo box below it. You can change the selection here if you want to play a different sound for the selected event. The Test button next to this combo box plays the selected sound. hth...
