Mr Shiv, writing declaration doesn't mean that it should be typically
in your own handwriting, it mean that it should be written in such
language which could show that you have written it, I mean to say that
it should be written in first person. For Example, I---- declares
that--- I will do---.
If it is already written then what you have to do , put your signature
or thumb impression upon it and thats it.
If you have done the same then they can not reject your application on
the same basis.
