Dear All,

Thanks to the good work of Ms. Parimala Bhat and the Snehankit Helpline, the Mumbai University has removed one obstacle faced by blind / low vision students while giving University examinations. In the old system, the candidate had to approach the University after carrying the necessary permissions form their respective principals to the University. The University would then give them a permission letter which they would have to carry to their centre.

In the new system, the Principal of the student's college would write to the Chief Conductor of the Centre.

Thanks. Good work Snehankit Helpline.
I am pasting below the text of the Circular.
