Dear Friends,

In Gujarat, Department of education has issued the resolution that No blind
candidates have to appoint as teacher.
Against this decision, We have admitted a writ petition in highcourt.
Department says blind candidates cannot work on the black board, they cannot
check the note books or home works. after long discussion, government appointed
a committee with three members are government officers and two members are
representatives of NGO for justifying this matter. but only government officio
members visited various schools where blind teachers are working. and prepared
148 pages negative report against the blind people and submit this report in
the court.
Court has asked to the government, this is a final report? Government has said,
we will submit the next hearing after the signature of chief minister.

Now in this situation, what we have to do?
Please give your suggestions
It is fact that we blind people are not working on the black board. so think
following points:
1. Black board working, 2. Checking the note books and homework, 3. conduct the
discipline of the class rooms. 4. examination work. like: supervision, papers
checking, preparing the result etc.
Please give concrete suggestions to putting before the court.

With warm regards,
