Goldwave is very good and light weighted.
It has jaws scripts as well.
One can customise keyboard shortcuts also.

when you use zila soft 3gp, you should also use the vcd cutter to cut
the unwanted portion of the song.
gold wave is much better as it saves your time. use gold wave and edit
your ringtones
