very sad, one of my AICB friend informed me this sad news today morning. i know him since 1991. when i joined AICB he temporarily left AICB for 2 or 3 years. unfortunately, i did not attend his classes as he left AICB. after completion of my shorthand course, i served as instructor their for 8-9 months. as i got employment, madhukar ji joined again AICB and trained many blind students, and they are presently working in various reputed organisations. we cannot forget his contribution to hindi braille shorthand and his inovative idias to gain high speed while taking dictation on braille shorthand.

bhawani,
