You need to first export your Yahoo mail contacts into a csv or excel file which should be saved to your computer locally, then you can import your yahoo contacts to outlook express. I am sorry not familiar with the layout of the yahoo mail account, hence I can't guide you on how to go about exporting your contacts from Yahoo.
