Dear Friend

Actually I was facing the same problem in N82, in early this month. Just
after installing the MGuard mobile software, used to clean up unwanted
files.

Had to format my phone first time in 3years and after restoring the backup,
still its behaving finicky.

Surely my messages are now been send, but the caller id at times are read as
numbers or at times they are read as names, inspite of the fact that the
contact is saved in my phone book.

I cannot assign speed dial using any possible manner.

Hence request you to first uninstall all the thirdparty unwanted softwares
and then try.

This is my experience, may be others have different views.

Thanking You
Regards
Sushmeetha
