Good morning friends, I updated my c5 mobile with the latest software version 071.005 and configured e-mail in it but towards the end of my internet primium I could not close internet when I exited. Lastly I formated setting in offline profile. Since then I am unable to perform certain actions such as unable open store application, unable to share and upload files. I have checked it's software version, custem version and software version's date are latest. Whenever I change sim date and time changes acording to previous version. It also displays latest update not up dated. When I check for update, no update available. It also creates some files indicating technical problems. I can send those files if anybody asks and provides his e-mail. Any help will be highly oblisedwith regards. Qamar ali.
