Hi, after tirelessly trying for 3 days, somehow I am able to fill the form for my sister. In order to avoid traffic, I advice you to fill the form in the early morning. Kindly use Mozilla Firefox. UGC website is not running smoothly. I have never seen such worst website in my life.
