Hi, State banks employees and other banks employees of govt. sector must be 
trained regarding the facilities which are available for visually impaired 
persons. Recently I have applied for new pin from SBI, but they are telling me 
that, they need an witness to deliver the same to me. He/she must be an account 
holder of the same branch. My question is, when I have already declared that, 
"they have no liability" then why an witness is needed? If concerned friends 
can run awareness drives, it will definitely help the blind consumers as well
