Is there a universal flight enquiry number like 139 of railways in India?
I think it is not.
However, any updates?

For checking in, you will have to enter through the gate. Instead you
can go to the airport ticketing office of your particular carrier,
which is generally located near the entry gate, and ask for assistance
from there. They will provide you with an escort who will take care of
your luggage and everything else right from checking in to checking
out.
For more details, you can also call up your carrier's call center #
and tell them that you are a blind passenger and will need assistance
on the airport.
