hi there is nothing extra we as visually impaired have to do for applying for a LPG connection. all we have to do is to go the authorised dealer and ask for the application form and they will give the format of an affidavit which the applicant has to give. they also provide the list of documents to be attached and all other formalities along with the application form. so do not worry and visit the dealer and ask for the application form.
