Dear sir, i will try to answer for ur 1st question in nokia e500 few of the applications has got 2 versions flash applications and html applications forget about the flash applications talks screenreaders wont support if u want to access the html version of youtube, facebook please follow the steps given below 1 click menu 2 go to internet 3 click on web 4 use arrow keys and try to locate the desired applacation press enter on it u can see a brouzer with application go head and use it
