At my neighbourhood railway station, the indicator, indicating the coach for
the disabled was placed towards a wrong compartment. I SMS's my complaint
and it was rectified thereafter.

hello accessindia!
my another experience regarding handicap coach here. on 27-05-2012 i was
travelling from bilaspur to durg in handicap coach on train no.12855.
there were 5-6 more blind passengers travelling in the coach. suddenly, 10
to 12 female passengers were entered in the coach and trying to occupy our
space and were arguing that nobody can get us down as we are lady
passengers. finally I decided to vacate the coach and sent message to rail
complaint to vacate the handicap coach. at next station force came, but
they didn't have lady personnel with them, hence the coach can't be
vacated on that station. but, on the next station, the force came with the
lady police and the coach was vacated.
