Hi Prasad, perhaps, you are facing vidio intracept problem. if it is the problem of vidio intracept problem then follow the below given steps:
go to all programme sub menu\JAWS sub menu\tools sub menu\vidio intracept. press enter on it. it will open with instolation window with the dialog box. press tab and choose the install option and press enter on excecute button. it will ask for computer restart. if it will not ask then too restart the computer. if, it is the problem of vidio intracept then your problem will be solved.
