1. download the system tray_jfw.pi NVDA flugins from,
http://www.sendspace.com/file/tdb1rx
2. extract the file.
3. copy the file NVDA_jfw.pi.
then navigate to start menu under programs under NVDA submenu and expand
it.
4. there navigate using downarrow and press enter on user configuration
and
open it.
5. there find global flugins and open it.
6. paste the file, which u have copied earlier.
your done.
now u can use the same command insert f11 like your jaws product.

You can reach the system tray icons through the windows command, which is
Win+B, this is not any screen reader specific though.
