Dear Sumesh, It's not so easy to judge about such opportunities upfront. Some pointers for you:
What kind of surveys need be filled in? How much joining fee or any other charges do you need to pay? Do they have a local office address? If Yes, then is it a valid address? Do they have valid registration numbers/certificates as required by the Indian government for conducting business in India? If they quote names of big companies for whom they conduct surveys, then it would be good to check with a few of those companies to find out the truth. These are some points that I can think of to figure out the genuineness of the job offer. And I believe you know about the SpeakAsia scandal of 2010. After that, people would not jump to conclusions about such survey jobs from home without performing stringent checks.
