In allsuch cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply:*Please ensure you are eligible to use a scribe as per the Government of India rules governing therecruitment of Persons with Disabilities.*The candidate will have to arrange his own scribe at his own cost*The academic qualification of the scribe should be one grade lower than the stipulated eligibilitycriteria.*The scribe can be from any academic stream.*Both, the candidate as well as the scribe will have to give a suitable undertaking, in the prescribedformat with passport size photograph of the scribe, confirming that the scribe fulfils all thestipulated eligibility criteria for a scribe as mentioned above. Further, in case it later transpiresthat he did not fulfill any of the laid-down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts, thecandidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the written test.*Such candidate who uses a scribe shall be eligible for extra time of 20 minutes and/or part thereoffor every hour of the examination.*Visually Impaired candidates under Blind/Low Vision may skip the non-verbal questions inTest of Reasoning and Graph/Table, if any, in Test of Quantitative Aptitude.
