-- vivek, Ph.919868954833, New Delhi Hai Friend, it is very simple, once you enter the poling booth you can ask for list of candidates in Braille according to the serial numbers in Braille list you can press the button in EBM if there is no braille list you can request the poling Officer present to read out the list of all candidates slowly according to their serial numbers keep them in your mind and according to the serial numbers press the buttons in the EBM Machine whithout anyone help you can independently vore in EBM machines but not in case of balat papers it is not possible for VI persins to vote in Balat Papers.
