Hi Bhvya, let me symplify it. when ever you press enter or select key on a text field usually a seperate window opens and talks speaks like that email : uper case or something like that. Just change it into lower case and you will be able to open your accounts. Note: if some verbose discribtions are turned off then it may not announce the case. regards
