But the thing that makes me absolutely annoyed is while a sighted user can
get a great display feature on his or her phone by  spending less than 5,000
rupees, a blind user will have to spend big time more than that to availe
Braille display. Got to do something about it

Well this one is just Rs. 2,600 but I agree with you that iPhone is more
worth, but folks who want to spend less may consider buying it although
these days at least  a used Nokia N86 can be bought for Rs.4,000

while we get more features, why not 12,000 more. IPhone 4S is from 40K
onwards. if I remember correct.
