Hi Shreyas,

I am aware of your grievences. I would suggest you to write a letter
to the Board first, bringing their attention to the issue. If there is
no response from the Board, you may then approach the office of the
Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities for suitable remedial
action. It would also be nice to have views from any other members
pursuing education in the ICSE board regarding the
accomodations/facilities admissible to the visually challenged during
Board Examinations and their experiences in general.
