It is better to get transfer to any other school. Because if once any officer has made up his mind against VI it is almost impossible to satisfy him. It may be understood from the facts that concerned employee is doing alternate work wich is to be done by someone too, still his principal has issues means he is creating problems with some hidden intenssions and don't want to carry him more. Legal experties on the list may suggest rather effective measures. Hope for the best.
