friends, i'm here by sharing with you a very bad experience of mine. There is a change in the curriculum of my university this year. i asked my university people to provide me an e.copy of the texts to print them in to braille. The publishers are reluctant to do so. I have already send the right to read and the 9th article of uncrpd to the people concerned. I hope that they will take a positive step, though nothing has yet done. I would like to know whether any of my friends had this kind of an experience. When we demand the text book, The authority has a feeling that they are offering us some charity. It is really painful to note that even though we have taken enough pains to reach here, still we are regularly insulted. Why can't we demand a law which will give us access to all the materials produced in the academic sector. regards
