Hi, greetings. Yes, this feature can be used even in Basic HTML View as well. You just need to hit the tab key after typing the first few letters of the e-mail ID. The thing is the autofill feature must be enabled. However, you must be careful if you have more than one ID with similar beginnings in your contact list. Hope this helps!
