I didn't suggest Nokia PC Suite but suggested Nokia Suite which is the
latest release from Nokia after Ovi Suite. Please note that there are
three
different programs from Nokia:
-Nokia PC Suite, which is the oldest,
-Nokia Ovi Suite, after Nokia Suite and with the launch of C5 and E5 in
the
market and
-Nokia Suite, the latest one.
Since the program is freeware, I can upload it for you and send you the
link
via list or personally if you can't find it on your own.
Let me know if I need to do this.

I tried pc suite first, as Satguru suggested. It is more accessible. But
the
handset was not detected at all.
The basic problem may lie in the driver. In fact, whenever the C5 is
connected, I am geting an incompatible USB port message. My friend has a
Toshiba Laptop an the model is Satellite C665. I can't find the drivers
for
him.

A friend of mine has purchased Nokia C5 from Saksham recently. I tried

Nokia Ovi Suite on his laptop. But it's not working. I checked the

number and it is C5-00.2, or, maybe c5-02. The saksham people can
ascertain
it. Anyway, I could not find any download for the programme for this
specific model. The nokia site has Ovi Suite for C5-00 and C5-03. I got
the
programme with my mobile from Saksham. But htis time the setup files
were
not supplied with the mobile. I checked the memory card.
