Dear all Pl solve a problem of mine. I have installed jaws11 in the PC of my office as well as of my home PC. in the office PC, every file I used 2 hear by the name of its file extension without opening the file or going in properties by pressing Ault enter. But in the home pc I don't hear the extension of file like [.doc,.xls,.txt] Pl solve my problem because I need 2 hear the file extension.
