Hi Shyam sir, It is usual that mozilla takes longer time to open those heavy websites like times of india as compared to internet explorer. My suggestion is to install the latest virsion of flash player and try waiting for few seconds after you open a website from mozilla. It should surely work. Shona mam: try scanning your pc and please write the exact error which you are getting while browsing. It seams that your system lacks the specific amount of ram which it needs to operate smoothly because jaws aquires a large portion of ram as compared to NVDA so try uninstalling some unuseful programs. regards
