In order to learn Braill, would suggest you the following: 1. locate some organisation working for visually impaired people or some special school where you can go and learn Braille. NAB India is one such organisation we know but how far it is from your location is something you'll need to figure out. 2. Also, you might like to explore the possibility of someone coming to your place and teach you the Braille. 3. Saksham in Delhi and Vidya Vriksha in Chennai have self learning kit for learning Braille.
