Hellow members, one of my friend mmmmwants to open de-mat acount. He tried in SBI but they are refusing on the ground that they can't allow this to any blind who is using LTI for signature. When he argued, bank is asking for any order/circular or any reference. He is unable to produce anything. If anyone can help, then please do as early as posible.
