Friends, These are my thoughts only. Don’t want to hurt anybody. When we have 1000s organizations which are working for betterment of visually impaired people, can’t we produce the same Kane like USA? I don’t think it requires much technological proficiency. For how long we will have to depend on developed countries for such a small thing.
