Dear sir, skype is free. you can google for it and you can download it. after googling it you can see the download script. You should download the skype version which you want like from skype 5.0 to 5.6 you can download and you can also get skype talking from the same location. After that you have to creat your user name and password. for the case of sendspace go to www.sendspace.com there go through the site and explore the site. after doing all this if you have more doubts then please share your doubts in the list. there are many who are regularly using both of these applications.
