Hi Bharat, I have been encountering this problem too. They have now made it mandatory to have a userid, and it is not possible to create one on their page. On contacting Citibank over phone, they suggested that I use an older version of Internet Explorer, one that is older than version 8. This is ridiculous, as versions older than 8 are on the verge of being phased out.
Write to them at [email protected] With your problems. That was the only solution the person on the phone had for me. I have written to this address and am awaiting a response.
