Or, create backup via same application (you might like to backup some selected things and if using Jaws, might need some assistance here but guess, it should work fine with NVDA). Another way could be, using some advance file browser, you may copy the folder where these bookmarks are saved in phone. I don't know much about this and will not be able to guide further on this.
