I am not talking about Custom label but I am asking about the screen
illistration which Mr. Imran has created and send in this mail. I would like
to know that how it can be created using jaws?

I believe, your talking about the Custom label function feature of
jaws. to do this, place your cursor at the position where you want to
asign a custom label, & press insert f2, choose the the custom label
option & follow the onscreen instructions. in case you want to remove
an asigned custom label, there is a function for removing the custom
labels as well under the insert f2 menu. once a custom label is
asigned, jaws would completely bypass the underlying text & would read
only the asigned text unless it is removed.
also, it works only in html pages & nowhere else.

Only for the first time you would have to take help from a trusted sighted
person. And whenever you are loging in in future you do not need the
sighted's help. First go to the get user ID link and take a sighted
person's
help and create a new user ID.
Now follow the below screen illustration.
I'm using Jaws 13 with eloquence and the latest version of IE.

When you are here, just press left arrow and go to the left of the text
that
says "click here", and there Jaws will say either blank or space. Just
click
that area and you will be able to login. Just remember to fill the
username
and iPin correctly before you click the login icon which is unlabled in

I have been encountering this problem too. They have now made it mandatory
to have a userid, and it is not possible to create one on their page. On
contacting Citibank over phone, they suggested that I use an older version
of Internet Explorer, one that is older than version 8. This is
ridiculous,
as versions older than 8 are on the verge of being phased out.
